Method of payment:
A current credit card number (VISA or Mastercard) with expiry date is required as a guarantee to confirm a reservation for accommodation.

Cancellation policy:
Port of Call and The Bach are small exclusive lodges and late cancellations have a significant impact. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the visit, a 25% charge applies, within 7 days or no-shows, the full tariff will be incurred. This policy also includes any trips booked with Stewart island Water Taxi & Eco-Guiding.

Full travel insurance, which protects against unexpected changes to your travel agenda is recommended
